Dry Needling

A tool used to reduce pain that myotherapists are well known for. Very fine solid needles are applied to muscles in order to reduce local, referred and widespread pain often with little or no sensation by the client. They are directed at myofascial trigger points, facilitating tight muscle tissue to relax and unwind and open the door to allow the body to heal itself.

Remedial Massage

A physical therapy applied to muscles, tendons and ligaments that aims to reduce pain by treating damaged, knotted or hyper-irritable muscles in order to regain pain-free movement.
